For Medical Service, please register through our website, fill out intake form for the medical record and schedule an appointment with one of our doctors who will be able to help you via a Telemedicine Visit and/or a House Call. *The doctor will first triage/evaluate the patient via a Telemedicine Visit and then coordinate a House Visit* if deemed necessary. 

If during the Telemedicine consultation the doctor decides that the house call is needed, you won't be charged for the Telemedicine, you'll only be charged for the house call.
