We arrived in San Juan with our 17 month old who started showing signs of pink eye during our flight. After calling a pediatrician and being told urgent care didn’t exist here and that we needed to go to an ER to get eye drops, my Google search led me to Dr. Torres Marin. He quickly diagnosed my son via video chat and called in eye drops to the local CVS. Agreed with others it would have been nice to know the price beforehand since it was cash pay- our visit ended up being $150 but they provide a superbill that can be submitted to insurance- was well worth it to get on with our vacation.

I tried to go here and was informed by locals that the location does not exist anymore, but the phone number did get me started towards an e-visit. I left a minimal voicemail and got a text response that linked me to their website to fill out some quick paperwork (took me less than 5 minutes with some auto fill around address) and I was able to see the physician in about an hour by video call. So if you've got something a prescription can solve, still a good option.

Dr Marin helped my friend through severe back pain. We got her a telehealth appointment within an hour and then he came to her within 30 min of that so she could get the shot she needed to get on her flight home. Highly recommend and couldn’t believe how affordable it was.

Came down with a really painful sore throat, general fatigue and a bad cough 3 day into my trip to Puerto Rico. Tried everything to get feeling better but nothing was working. Scheduled an appointment online the same day with Dr. Torres and a short professional video call later I had a prescription sent over to my nearest Walgreens that had me feeling so much better I was able to finish out my vacation and enjoy every last minute. Excellent service from Dr. Torres and his team. I was on vacation in Puerto Rico and needed medical attention. An initial (and quick) video consult was immediately followed up with an in-person visit. Dr. Torres was flexible with the meeting location and quickly evaluated and provided treatment to include a prescription at a local Walgreens pharmacy. Wait time was near zero and much better than going to a local hospital waiting for hours with a significantly higher bill. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. Should I be in need of medical care while in Puerto Rico next time, I will definitely seek him out. Thank you!
